    About 90% of our business customers order electronically but you don’t have to buy online. Our team of experts are at the end of the phone (and email!) if you prefer to chat or can’t find the item you need. Our business team is available from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours just get in touch or pop into one of our growing number of high-street shops (many of which are open 7 days a week) and we’ll be glad to help you get work done!

    As an account customer you’ll be given a dedicated Expert to look after every aspect of your office supplies. Whether you want to return an item, need some product information or advice, or just have a chat about the weekend, you’ll have their email and direct dial numbers and if they’re on holiday (yes we let them escape every once in a while!) or on a break (yes we let them have some of those too!) there is always someone else who can help you.
