We can print, copy and scan in colour or black and white (mono), we can print them whilst you wait on A4 or A3 paper from hardcopy originals or digital files in all our stores. If you’re sending us files we suggest you send them as a PDF that way the image wont distort of change in anyway (other formats can be done, but risk page over-run or font changes).

We can also go much bigger. If you want to print something that’s A1 or A2 sized for plans or posters, we can do it in 1-2 working days.

We can also scan paper documents into electronic formats and email them to you as PDF, JPEG or BMP files.

You can bring your electronic files on a usb stick or email them to the branch directly. To make sure you send to the correct branch you can check the branch page (the email address is the first part of the branch postcode @uoe.co.uk – so for East Finchley it would be n2@uoe.co.uk)

Please note an access fee applies to all emailed files and prints to cover IT costs, data protection and virus security and staff time . Please ask instore for more information.

We take thousands of passport and ID photos every month. So if you need a photo or digital code for your passport, visa or ID badge we’re the place to go! Our team are fully trained on all the latest rules about visa and passport photos and our biometric checking software ensures your photo passes every time –  so you won’t waste time and money or endure the horror(!) of having to get another set done. 

We can take digital passport photos with a code in all our branches for almost every country and visa service in the world. We don’t use a photo booth – we do it by hand and check each one to ensure compliance.

Our stores in East Finchley, Potters Bar, Ware and Stoke Newington have instore photo lab printing services for instant prints from your phone or usb to 6×4, 5×7, 8×10 and 8×12” sizes. We also stock a wide selection of photo frames too. You can also have your images printed on to a range of items such as mugs, cushions and photo blocks delivered to your home in 2-3 working days.

We offer a range of lamination options in store ideal for permanently protecting essential documents. Please note lamination should not be used on heat sensitive documents.

Our team can bind your documents with their wire or plastic comb usually within 30 minutes (ocassionally it might be slightly longer if it is a large quantity or we are very busy) giving your presentation a truly professional finish.

We offer a range of mail handling services. Registering for our virtual mail box service and you’ll have a prestigious, high street address to use as your mailing location rather than giving your own home address or worrying you’ll not be in to receive it. We can accept letters, parcels, returns from any carrier and forward them to you on an agreed schedule or hold them for you to collect. Mail handling services are provided subject to standard UK ‘Know your Customer’ identity checks.
